True Nobody

Name: Form of the True Nobody
Requirements: Must be below half of max HP.
Cost: Half max mana. All but 1 remaining HP.
Description: Ralexi’s eyes, though naturally red, turn into a white fade. His hair grows black as he himself becomes more of a demon. His hair grows out at an astounding rate, as he also sinks down to become a quadruped. His arms remain figuratively untouched, though they bear markings of hurt and blood on them. His fingers turn to claws as his skin fades to a soft grey compared to the normal olive. On his back, his spine begins to protrude from his back, but it is truthfully just an extension, as he himself is fine. Though both legs become covered in blood, his right leg appears to be missing for an unknown reason. Finally, up to his jaw, it becomes unhinged and instead sinks to a lower level, as his teeth simply grown back into his skull and become replaced with the same type of fang as his claws. All of these are coated in a thick ever-standing layer of blood.
Element: Dark.
Life: 5 posts.
Attacks:

1. Gnaw
   Ralexi leaps onto an enemy, chewing on their flesh (or what they can call flesh) until he is satisfied or thrown off. Deals fifteen damage per post, as well as healing ten health.
   
2. Bloodlust
   Ralexi unhinges his jaw, and blood begins to sear out. It is almost like an acid, for that is how he uses it. Gathering up most of it in his mouth, Ralexi spits it at a single enemy, dealing fifty damage to it. Also deals twenty damage to himself.
   
3. True Sight
   His eyes glow, and he can see through anything to find his target. When he does, his hair is thrown at them, and they are brought into his claws. Deals thirty damage. Costs fifteen mana.

History: This is the first version of the true nobody hidden within Ralexi. He only recently learned to control it, after the invasion of Midnight Village. He went to Xemnas, wondering what was up, but Xemnas only threw him into the Sands of time. Xemnas went with him, showing him the battle once more. When Ralexi the heartless went back to the nobody, it caused this to be awakened within him. Xemnas withdrew them both form the Sands of Time, as wellas allowing him to practice with it until he could use it at will.

Yeah, but even then this is totally cheap. Someone doesn't actually kill you can you can heal yourself to max and enter a form with a set of pretty damn good attacks.

It needs to cost something, and it needs to have a post length requirement. {I just now noticed I was missing that an I added it to the template...}

No. I would recommend 3, 4, or 5 posts. This is your first form, after all.

I edited so that you don't die upon entering this form. "All remaining HP" would leave you with 0HP, therefore you would be dead. So i changed it to "All but 1 remaining HP" so that you would still be alive.
