Effect: Heals an instant 40HP, and regens their HP/MP by 5 per post for 10 posts. They also absorbs all light and/or dark type attacks {up to 1/10th their HP worth in damage. TOTAL} It also cures all status effects, including KO.

History: Ren was trying to cure people, but she didn't want a plain old cure spell, so she started combine her magical spells and came up with this. It's both a shield and a healer.
